She wanted to know if this was because of the work they do. So, recently she talked to a doctor in her community who told her that lac artisans indeed are at the risk of developing not just skin problems, but also respiratory problems such as asthma. Work romance is risky. Play it well and you basically got yourself a girlfriend/wife in the making, but play it bad and it can from 100 to 0 REAL QUICK. Also, being that she's so closely entwined in one of your most important social circles, you'll see some behavior from her that on the surface seems nice, but it's mostly politeness for the sake of saving political face. Not the best place for honest man to woman interactions. In this video, I go over a client's exchange with a coworker and how the work dynamic helps and hurts his chances with a gal. Also, we cover some of the most fundamental mistakes guys make with texting, like - Double texting unnecessarily - Being too emotional over text - Sending long-winded texts - Being too persistent over text Video Highlights: 01:15 - Texts read with emotions, for better or worse, depending on the way you construct them 02:15 - The problem with double-texting... 02:45 - Work romances give you a modicum of politeness from the girl, but it's usually fake/political 03:20 - Your gut is usually right...also girls just out of a relationship VERY rarely need time to "recover," unless he was extremely abusive/manipulative 04:00 - The curse of being boyfriend zoned. It's not as glorious as some men might think for a girl to say, "I want you for a relationship." 05:00 - Pay attention to who is texting with a masculine tone and who is texting with a feminine tone 06:00 - You can be romantic, but it requires some conditions 08:00 - A possible alternate response 11:00 - Don't delude yourself with false hopes; they hurt more than they help. If you want to avoid these problems and simply succeed from text to sex, you NEED this book: https://www.amazon.com/How-Text-Girl-Girls-Guides-ebook/dp/B06WD38BRP?SubscriptionId=AKIAILSHYYTFIVPWUY6Q&tag=duckduckgo-d-20&linkCode=xm2&camp=2025&creative=165953&creativeASIN=B06WD38BRP If you like how I talk and want to read what I write, see my profile page on Girls Chase. The delivery took place in 1993, three years after Adamos’ death. The whole project was conceived and is promoted by the family of Andy Adamos as a token of gratitude towards Baki Bogac for the return of the artworks of Andy Adamos. The returned artworks will hold a special place at the exhibition, while, simultaneously, will include sculptures from different creative periods of the two artists.

In India's high earning lacquer industry, artisans work with poor infrastructure, taking big health risks. Handcrafted Lacquer or Lac jewelry of Rajasthan is very popular among married Indian women such as our correspondent Sunita Kasera. In Sunita's home town Karauli, several families -- mostly from poor minority community -- earn a living by crafting this jewelry. For years, Sunita has watched these families at work, and has noticed that many of them suffer from skin diseases such as rashes, itching, broken skin etc. rashes. She wanted to know if this was because of the work they do. So, recently she talked to a doctor in her community who told her that lac artisans indeed are at the risk of developing not just skin problems, but also respiratory problems such as asthma. Lac is a colored varnish which is extracted of an insect. The artisans follow a complicated process of heating the lac, drying it and then cutting it in pieces to create accessories such as bangles, earrings and necklaces. These accessories are highly sought after as bridal accessories both in India and the Indian community living abroad. Bollywood is also a big buyer of lac accessories. According to Rajasthan government sources, gems & jewelry is one of the major industries in the state which helps earn over a billion US dollar every year. But Sunita says that the artisans who make these accessories earn very little while taking big health risks. What concerns Sunita most is that that the artisans who even engage their children into lac bangle making, are not even aware of the health risks that they take every day. They work without using any protective gear such as masks or gloves. Sunita feels it's the duty of the industry to inform the rural artisans of the health hazards of their craft, and provide them adequate healthcare including safety equipments such as masks, goggles and hand gloves. This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Ken Hughes' work in behaviouralism has led him on an interesting journey. Ken spent a year experiencing something playful, something risky, something new that he had never done before, every day, for a year. Although it started off as a personal journey it quickly spread to those around him, in both his personal and professional life. Play, risk, creativity, and innovation is now a big part of Ken’s approach to helping blue-chip clients stimulate their organizational creativity, and by extension their innovation. ‘My passion’ Ken states ‘is to motivate others to unleash their creativity through a blend of discovery, fun, play, mischief and risks. Once you get started, it’s addictive’. Enjoy Ken Hughes's TEDx University of Nicosia talk. Ken Hughes is Europe’s leading consumer and shopper behaviouralist, and a global thought leader in the areas of shopper psychology, behavioural economics and neuromarketing. Most Awesome Jobs You Can Get Without A Degree Subscribe: http://bit.ly/28Pe5IR Twitter: http://bit.ly/28PehrG Facebook: http://bit.ly/28UFDRt Number One: Health care professionals are in high demand. Licensed and vocational nurses can get certified through a program that takes on average seven to 24 months to finish. Because the program takes less time than a registered nurse and nurse practitioners, the wages tend to be lower. But, there is still a good job outlook and increasing opportunities for this position. Number Two: Another way to benefit from the growing need for health care professionals is to become a surgical technologist. Carnevale says that “Technician-level jobs are the big secret in the American economy. You can get a certificate in a year and make more than someone with a BA.” Surgical technologists can earn certification in 12-24 months and you only require a high school diploma to enrol. Number Three: In the IT industry, college degrees are preferred but “it’s very common that people who enter IT careers have taken non-traditional routes to get there,” says John Reed. “Professional skills can outweigh having a degree.” There are a variety of diploma's and IT certifications out there that don't require a degree. Number Four: Commercial pilots can take-off with just a high school diploma! A career in the airline industry does require flight training that is expensive and time consuming, though. First, you need to put in at least 40 hours flight time to earn a private pilot’s license (which costs from $3,000 to $9,000), then you have to log another 250 hours to get a commercial pilot’s license. You will also need a license for instrument, multi-engine and other ratings. In addition, you will have to pass periodical medical exams and renew your licenses every few years. Number Five: With the increasing population and the cities expanding there is an increased need for power-line installation experts to install and maintain power-lines. The job does require you to work at heights and you have to work with electrical currents, so the job is risky. Number Six: You may have heard that the manufacturing industry in the U.S. has died. This has been exaggerated. While some of the lower skill factory positions are among the worst jobs for the future, highly skilled occupations have better prospects. One example is industrial machinery mechanics. With the increasing number of advanced machinery used in manufacturing processes, the need for skilled people to keep them working should stay in demand. Number Seven: There is still a need for the personal touches only a human can provide jobs such as secretaries and administrative assistants. Businesses will need the continued support of these staff and will also need experienced and knowledgeable supervisors to monitor and schedule clerical and administrative workers. Number Eight: Insurance is important for everybody. That’s why the people selling insurance will continue to find work. The insurance representatives that sell health and long-term care insurance will be in high demand to meet the needs of the newly insured and ageing population. Yes, people turn to the internet to research policies, but the agents are still needed to complete the deals, process paperwork and advise clients. Number Nine: As new buildings continue to be constructed, there will be a need for plumbers. Pipe fitters and steamfitters are plumbers that specialize in pipe systems that carry acids as well as chemicals and gases. There is a large pool of workers already, but it’s expected that over 75,000 new openings will emerge over the next ten years. Number Ten: An increase in cybercrime like identity theft has increased the need for investigative professionals. You will likely require at least a high school diploma, but certain jobs may require a two to four year degree. As an example, if you want to specialize in a certain field like insurance fraud you may need a bachelor’s degree.

The early 1900s was an amazing time for Western science, as Albert Einstein was developing his theories of relativity and psychology was born, as Sigmund Freud and psychoanalysis took over the scientific mainstream. Karl Popper observed these developments firsthand and came to draw a distinction between what he referred to as science and pseudoscience, which might best be summarized as science disconfirms, while pseudoscience confirms. While the way we describe these disciplines has changed in the intervening years, Popper’s ideas speak to the heart of how we arrive at knowledge. -- PBS Digital Studios wants to get to know you better! It sits proudly on the North Eastern edge of the Lakes like a mighty gate-keeper. There are numerous ways to summit the mountain. I choose the hardest path aiming to capture the drama of this mountain. The weather was absolutely beautiful and hot, making the climb difficult and the photography conditions even harder. Capturing great landscape photography in conditions where there is nothing but blue skies is tough. Faced with harsh light and huge contrast, it’s important to get in the right spot and think creatively. This is where black and white photography can be very effective, especially when you work a composition that is full of interesting tones. Recently I have been fully enjoying creating the films in company with a friend. Today I headed out with my friend Paddy who is an experienced walker and explorer. He also has a van called Christopher and he has recently launched a new Instagram account to chronicle his adventures. See the link above. At the end of the day we headed down the mountain for a sunset shot. We made it with minutes to spare just as the sun dipped behind the mountains. I had picked out a little spot by a small body of water called Tewet Tarn. The area was thick with midges and, whilst I would normally avoid this, today I had no choice. I wanted the shot. In the end I captured an image to finish off the story of my day and Blencathra. A fire had also been raging during out decent. The smoke filled the Derwent valley and created some interest in the sky that made for a decent time lapse at the end. All in all, a great day of landscape photography. My video photography blogs are designed to entertain and document how I go about capturing my work. If it provides landscape photography tips and inspiration along the way then please share it with your friends so more people can benefit from the content. If you enjoyed this photography vlog I would really appreciate it if you subscribed to the channel so you can come along for the journey. My camera - Canon 5D Mark IV. See the 'My Gear' link above for a full list of my equipment.
